Terms & Conditions: 

  1. Rentals to be placed on an Auto Bill Payment program for the duration of usage.
  2. Units to be assessed a  “Damage Waiver” fee (included within monthly rate), which provides coverage up to $300.00 while in the custody of the renter.
  3. Delivery & recovery cost will be collected in advance with 3 month’s pre-paid rental (including the Damage Waiver).

Auto Bill Pay may be either a checking account (preferred) or Credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover.)


Texas Rental sales tax as it applies to rentals. 

(e) Tangible personal property rented for use on residential and nonresidential jobs.

   (2) Persons renting equipment for use in the performance of contracts to repair or remodel nonresidential real property owe tax to the equipment rental company. Tax must also be collected from their customers on the total charge for the job including the amount paid for the equipment rental.
